Who is Maryta Weber?

Hi! I’m Maryta Weber, a board certified Nurse Coach, ER nurse, Ultrasound nurse, relatively new lover of fitness, grateful believer in God, and busy happy momma and wife living in gorgeous northern New Jersey.

I came to health and wellness coaching after years working in the ER full time, struggling to prove I could do it all while raising 4 small daughters. I knew I wasn’t serving others the way I had dreamed. The “health”care system was failing so many people and I had little power to help my patients truly heal.

Not only was I burnt-out at work, I had little left of me for my family as I suffered from extreme fatigue and sleepless nights. I had no idea how to put the oxygen mask on myself before others.

My entire world changed when I began nurse coaching. The impact it made on me alone was transformational. I dedicated my time and energy on holistic healing, mindset, mindfulness, habits, relationships, nutrition, mind-body connection, breath work, self care, and so much more!

Now I share my knowledge, experience and skills through coaching. Through powerful conversations with anyone in the world, I help others discover their biggest dreams and take life changing steps forward!
